RICOTTA CREAM

Ingredients: 1 Kg of fresh ricotta, 300 g. of sugar, a few pieces of candied fruit, dark chocolate flakes, a pinch of vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon.
Preparation: Mix the ricotta, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon together thoroughly, then sift, add candied fruit and chocolate. Fill the wafers.
